Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

  • Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These may have limited quantities.
  • We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but cannot guarantee your screen’s display will be correct.

Section 4 – Prices, Payment & Billing

  • All prices are shown in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices include VAT (where applicable) in accordance with German tax law.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud or misuse.
  • You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

Section 5 – Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times vary depending on the product and location. Estimated times are provided at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information. We are not liable for undeliverable orders due to incorrect addresses.

Section 6 – Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you (or a third party named by you, other than the carrier) received the goods.
  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (info@alexandrathecreative.com) of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email).
  • To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you (excluding delivery costs, if applicable) within 14 days after we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used.

You must return the goods without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

👉 Return costs: You will bear the direct cost of returning goods unless otherwise stated.

📌 Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital downloads once started, or to personalized/custom-made items.

Section 7 – Refunds & Returns

Refunds and exchanges are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Damaged or defective products must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Section 8 – Optional Tools & Third-Party Links

  • We may provide access to third-party tools and links “as is” without warranties.
  • We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, or services.

Section 9 – User Content & Submissions

  • By submitting comments, feedback, or creative suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without compensation.
  • You must not submit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel or update orders if needed.
