Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from Alexandra The Creative. Because most of our items are printed on demand (POD), each product is custom-made for you. Please review our policy carefully before ordering.

14-Day Return Window (EU Consumers)

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

However, because our products are made to order, this right does not apply in cases of:

• Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)

• Incorrect size or color selection

• Non-defective personalized/custom-made products

• Digital products once the download has begun

👉 Your statutory rights remain unaffected if the item is defective or misprinted.

Returns & Replacements

We gladly accept returns or offer free replacements in the following cases:

• If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

To be eligible, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will work with our print partner to resolve the problem quickly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

• Products made to order cannot be returned if you simply change your mind.

• We do not offer exchanges for size, so please check the size guide before ordering.

• Digital products are non-refundable unless defective.

How to Start a Return or Replacement

To start a return or report a damaged item, please contact us at info@alexandrathecreative.com with the following details:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your request and provide instructions for the next steps.

Refunds

If your return is approved:

• You will be notified via email.

• Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

• It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

• Refunds apply only to defective or misprinted products, not to incorrect choices or changes of mind.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, misprinted item), we will cover return shipping or provide a free replacement.

• In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
